An individual therapy session typically lasts 45 minutes and is offered one time per week.  The duration of our work together will be based on what we determine you need. The first therapy meeting is an intake session that includes an assessment of your needs and is used to tailor therapy approaches.

Therapy may address a variety of mental health and psychological topics including:

  • Anxiety

  • Trauma

  • Stress-management (e.g., school and work stress/burnout)

  • Seeking Safety (SS)

*Individual therapy is available for adults (18 years and older).

Group Therapy

Group therapy is time limited, lasting for 6 to 8 sessions (meet one time per week for 50 minutes). Groups consist of 4-8 members who meet about a specific psychology or mental health topic (e.g., depression, anxiety).

Groups are facilitated by one or two therapists. Group members grow from the shared experience of other group members and the information and reflections provided by therapists.

The following therapy groups are offered:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

*If you are interested in participating in another type of therapy group, at your request and based on interests of other participants, additional therapy groups may be added.
