Psychological Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
An individual therapy session typically lasts 45 minutes (one time per week). ​​The first therapy meeting is an intake session that includes an assessment of your needs and is used to tailor therapy approaches. ​

Therapy may address a variety of mental health and psychological topics including:

Depression

Anxiety

Trauma

Stress-management (e.g., school and work stress/burnout)

Life transitions (e.g., move, new job)

Relationship and family issues​

Parenting

RPS provides evidenced based therapy to promote mental wellness and life balance. Common therapy approaches:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)​

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Mindfulness
-
Seeking Safety (SS​)

*Individual therapy is available for adults (18 years and older).
Group Therapy
Group therapy is time limited, lasting for 6 to 8 sessions (meet one time per week for 50 minutes). Groups consist of 4-8 members and are facilitated by one or two therapists.

*If you are interested in participating in another type of therapy group, at your request and based on interests of other participants, additional therapy groups may be added.

*Group therapy is available for adults (18 years and older). Groups for children and adolescents under 18 years of age may be available to schools and community organizations upon request.
